The semi private retreat will be held at Florian Villa and includes the basic, intermediate, and advanced Integrated Energy Therapy trainings and three energy manuals plus three certifications. Continuing Education Credits for these trainings are available for licensed professionals and massage therapists. These trainings offer meditation techniques, Chakra clearing and balancing, and a wonderful healing support system that can be used for yourself or a client. Also included are accommodations, healthy vegetarian and raw food meals, daily yoga, two private sessions with debora for massage/body work, or energy therapy, or yoga therapy--guided hikes, snorkels, all on-island transportation and airport pick-up/drop-off. Debora's eclectic flowing approach to yoga is inspired from the Krishnamacharya yoga lineage of Iyengar, Desikachar, and Pattabhi Jois. She will lead you through a creative flowing morning practice followed by a restful gentle yin yoga evening practice. With 20 years of professional work first in the fitness industry and then yoga, Debora is able to work with all levels, beginning to advanced students. Yoga mats and props are provided at the Villa.

You will be responsible for your round-trip flights to St. Thomas.
