Debora Cohen, Wellness Coach and Workshop Leader

Debora Cohen has coached and trained in the health and wellness fields for over 20 years conducting private and group classes as well as international retreats. Debora worked at San Jose City College using Robert Lang's model of communicative analytical psychotherapy with clients listening and decoding hidden messages underlying communication between individuals. At Process Therapy Institute, she assisted clients with their psychological process towards better mental health.

As a Master Integrated Energy Therapist and Yoga instructor, Debora conducts workshops that explore and process choices, intentions, goals, and life paths. Throughout her career she has provided services for many corporations and employees, managers and CEOs in stress management and goal development.

Early in her career, Debora managed and supervised Dental offices, working with patients over her 10 year dental career. She developed her problem solving skills in customer service support for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Washington.

Debora's interest in motivation, behavior, and stress management lead her to extensive psychological education producing research papers and work in Implicit and Explicit Memory in Jr. High and College Students; the Influence of Aerobic and Stretching Exercises on Anxiety and Sensation Seeking Mood State; Perceptual and Motor Skills, and finally Western Psychological Association (WPA) Poster Presentation.
